The Weight Will Not Last Forever: A Letter to the Heart That Aches for Healing"

To the Girl With a Weary Heart

Dear Sweet Friend,

I know you feel tired in ways that words can't fully hold. The kind of weary that settles deep into your bones, making every day feel heavier than the last. I know there are moments when the struggle feels endless, when hope feels distant, when you wonder if anyone truly sees you—the weight you carry, the silent battles you fight, the aching prayers that haven't yet been answered.

But I see you.

And more importantly, Jesus sees you.

You are not invisible. You are not forgotten. You are not alone in this valley.

Even in the moments when the night feels too long, even when the world feels too quiet, even when the burden feels like too much, He is with you. He holds you, strengthens you, and walks beside you, step by step.

So today, let me be the friend who comes alongside you, who reaches for your hand and says:

💙 You are seen.
💙 You are loved.
💙 You are prayed for.

I won't promise that the storm will end tomorrow, but I will promise you this: You will not walk through it alone.

Jesus is with you. And so am I.

Let's link arms, take a deep breath, and walk this road together—one step at a time.

You are stronger than you think. You are held in love. And you are never, ever alone.

With all my heart,
Someone Who Sees You

To the Woman Whose Heart Feels Too Heavy to Carry

Dear Beautiful Soul,

I know your heart aches in ways words cannot hold. I see the weight of your pain feels unbearable, like it may never ease, like it may never let go.

I won't tell you to be strong today, push through, or pretend it doesn't hurt. Instead, I will tell you this: You are allowed to feel it.

You are allowed to grieve.
To cry.
To lay down the weight for a moment and just breathe.

You are allowed to break, because God is in the breaking, too.

He sees the pieces of your heart scattered at your feet. He considers the nights when tears slip silently onto your pillow. He sees the moments when you wonder if healing will ever come.

And yet—He is still here.

Holding you.
Catching every tear.
Gathering the shattered pieces with hands of mercy and grace.

This heartache will not last forever. This pain will not define you.

One day, the weight will feel lighter.
One day, hope will feel closer.
One day, joy will return—not in the absence of what you lost, but in the presence of a God who never left.

Until that day, you do not have to carry this alone.

Lean into Him.
Lean into His love.
Lean into the truth that He is still holding you even in this deep sorrow.

I am holding space for you, too. I am praying for you, believing for you, and trusting that healing will come in the perfect time, in the most beautiful way.

Because you are seen.
You are loved.
And you are never alone in this pain.

With all my heart,
Someone Who Sees You
